Apps
An app is an optional feature you add to your store from the Apps section, such as the shopping cart, contact buttons, or promotions. Each app has its own settings page, and some apps need a particular plan.
Open an app
- Open Apps from the sidebar. The Apps & Integrations page appears.
- On the app's card, click Open App. On the Fake OrderGuard card the button reads Configure Settings.
- Turn the app on or off and change its settings from its page. Each app has its own switch or settings; see the app's article in the table below.
To return to the list, use the back button at the top of the app's page.
Tracking pixels (Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager) are in the Pixels section, not in Apps. See Tracking pixels.
Card badges
- Active and Inactive: on the Shopping Cart, Abandoned Orders, Fake OrderGuard, Order Tracking, and Order Automation (WhatsApp) cards, the badge shows whether the app is on. On the other cards the Inactive badge does not reflect the app's settings; open the app to see its state.
- Locked with Not included in current plan: your plan does not include the app. The Upgrade Plan button takes you to the plans page. See Subscription and billing.
Apps and plans
The plans, in order: PAYG, Starter, Growth, Pro, then Enterprise. Each plan includes the apps of the plans before it, and Enterprise includes every app.

"Card is never locked" means the dashboard does not lock the card by plan. The app itself can still apply limits inside its page; see its article.
