Zimam team notices in the greeting card. Notices that are not urgent now appear as a second page of the greeting card in Overview, with a "Got it" button and a dot for the ones you have not read. Urgent notices stay as a banner at the top of the page.
A button inside a notice. A notice can carry a button that opens a section of your dashboard or an external link.
A picture inside a notice. A notice can carry a picture. Tap it to open it full size.
Sub-collections. Pick a "Parent collection" when you create or edit a collection. Two levels are allowed, and a collection that has sub-collections cannot become one itself. When you delete a parent, its sub-collections become top-level collections.
Collection page. It shows only its own products, with links to its sub-collections and its parent. If you turn a parent off, its sub-collections disappear from the store.
/collections index page. It lists every active top-level collection as a card.
Sorting and paging. Buyers sort a collection's products by newest, oldest or price, and pages hold 24 products.
Image and description. Add a cover image and a description in Arabic, English and French from the collection form.
Collection order. Move a collection up or down among the collections at its level.
Collection products. When you edit a collection, search for products, add, remove or reorder them, then save.
Sitemap. The store now serves sitemap.xml with the home page, collections and products, and lists it in robots.txt. A collection page carries share (OG) tags with its image.
Zimam Manager is open to everyone until November 15, 2026. Open it with your current account from the sidebar, with no subscription or special plan.
It ends on that date. After November 15, access stops for anyone who has not subscribed and whose store plan does not include it. Your data is kept, and if you subscribe later everything is back as you left it.
Nothing changes if you already pay. If you subscribed to Zimam Manager or your store plan includes it, you keep your full period.
Buyers pay straight into your account. Under Settings, Apps, Online payments, connect your own Chargily or SlickPay keys. The buyer pays your gateway account on the gateway's page, and the money never passes through Zimam. Available on Growth, Pro and Enterprise.
A choice at checkout. Buyers pick online payment or cash on delivery on the product page, the landing page and the cart. Online payment is not offered for carts under 100 DZD.
Online-payment-only products. Turn on "Online payment only" for a product and it can only be bought with online payment. The option needs a plan that includes online payments and an enabled payment gateway, otherwise buyers cannot order the product.
Confirmed after the payment is verified. The order confirms itself once Zimam has checked the payment with the gateway. If the amount does not match you get a notification and the order waits for your review. If the payment fails, no order is placed: it shows in your abandoned orders and the buyer can still choose cash on delivery.
Payment badge and filter. The orders list shows a "Paid online" or "Refunded" badge where it applies, and you can filter by payment status, including "Cash on delivery".
"Paid online" figure. The overview shows how many orders were paid online and their total for the selected period.
A paid order's money is locked. You cannot edit prices, quantities or delivery fees after payment. You can still edit the address, phone and notes, and change a size or color without changing the price.
Recording a refund. After you refund the buyer in the gateway's dashboard, press "Mark refunded" on the order and add a note only you can see. If the order's parcel is already with the delivery company, Zimam warns you that the amount to collect there may differ, so adjust it with them. If a refunded order still ships, the courier collects its full amount.
Delivery. The courier collects only what is left to pay. For now only Yalidine, Ecom Delivery and Osen take a fully paid parcel, and you see a message when you try to assign one to another carrier. More carriers may be added later. A parcel with an unpaid remainder ships with any carrier.
Test mode. A payment made while the gateway is in test mode moves no real money, so the order is placed as cash on delivery and you get a notification saying so.
Changing keys. While a payment is pending from the last 24 hours, you cannot change or delete the keys until it ends. You can disable the gateway at any time.
The parcel scanner is now an app. Open Apps, then Parcel Scanner, to turn it on or off for this store. It stays on, as before, in every store that has it.
Turning it off hides the scanner everywhere. Scan leaves the menu, the Scan button leaves the Orders page, and the products list stops showing units on the shelf and with the carrier.
Putting returns back in stock is not affected. The "To recuperate" filter and "Mark recuperated" stay on the Orders page whether the scanner is on or off, so returned stock can always come back.
Add it from its card on Starter or pay-as-you-go. The card reads "Unlock with credits" and adds it to this store for 500 credits a month, as before. Growth and above include it at no charge.
Silent block for a customer. When you block a customer's device or phone number, you can choose a silent block: the customer sees a normal success message and no order is created. Blocking an IP address always stays visible.
Attempt count. The blocked customers list shows a "Silent" badge, how many attempts were turned away and the last one, so you can spot a real customer you blocked by mistake.
Unavailable options show as sold out. If no sellable variant combines a value with the buyer's earlier picks, the value shows as sold out and cannot be selected. A value is checked against the options listed before it in the product's option order. This applies to the main picker and to each piece.
A note when picks conflict. If the buyer changes an earlier option and it conflicts with a later pick, we clear the later pick and show a short note, such as "Size 42 isn't available in Pastel, please choose another."
A card for each piece. With a quantity of 2 or more, each piece gets a card with an image that follows the piece's variant, a dropdown for each option, and the piece price. A summary below merges identical pieces, such as "Red · 42 ×2". Cards the buyer has not edited follow piece 1.
Quantity offers open the cards. Tapping a 2-unit or 3-unit offer on a product with variants opens the cards so the buyer can choose each piece. While an offer is selected, the cards hide the piece price, because the offer total is the price.
Pictures instead of text on option buttons. In the product's variant editor, choose the Image display mode for any option group, then upload a small square picture for each value. Buyers see the picture as the button, and a value without a picture shows its label. If the picture fails to load, the button shows the label. The other display modes (Label, Swatch and Label + swatch) are unchanged. If you save the product while a picture is still uploading, we ask you to wait. Details in Creating products.
Add the shopping cart on the Starter plan or pay-as-you-go. Open Apps, then Shopping Cart, and add it to this store for 500 credits a month, out of the 600 credits your Starter plan gives you. The credits come from the balance shared by all your stores.
It renews by itself. We take the credits again on the same day each month. If your balance is short three days before, we tell you. If the renewal cannot be paid, the cart stays on for three more days while you top up.
We keep 100 credits for your orders. Renewing the cart, or adding it again after it was turned off, never uses your last 100 credits, so order confirmations and messages keep working. The first time you add the cart to a store, 500 credits are enough.
Each store pays for its own cart. Adding the cart to one store does not turn it on for your other stores.
Cancel at any time. The cart stays on until the end of the month you paid for.
Growth includes the cart. If you move to Growth, the add-on stops and you are not charged again.
Add parcel scanning on Starter or pay-as-you-go for 500 credits a month. Open Scan and add it to this store, on the same terms as the cart. Growth and above include it (and it is a Starter add-on), and so does the free trial.
Link your own WhatsApp number from the Growth plan. Confirmations go out from your number instead of the shared one. On Starter and pay-as-you-go you see "Upgrade to link your number".
Order status messages on every plan. Your customer gets a WhatsApp message when their order is confirmed, shipped and delivered, on every plan. Each message is charged to your balance like confirmation messages.
A new Scan screen (Enterprise plan for now). Scan a parcel label with your phone camera, or with a USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner that types the code and presses Enter.
Two modes: Dispatch and Recuperate. In Dispatch mode a confirmed order moves to "Shipped". In Recuperate mode you record that a returned parcel is back in your hands.
Returns in two groups. Returned orders now show under To recuperate and Recuperated, with a Mark recuperated button to record several orders at once, on every plan. See Order lifecycle.
A returned order keeps its units until you receive it. The units of a returned order go back into your stock only when you mark it recuperated, meaning the parcel is physically back. Orders whose units never left your stock count as recuperated automatically.
Three numbers per product. The products list shows On the shelf (available plus confirmed), With the carrier (shipped) and Returning (returned, not yet recuperated).
The multi-store discount stays on every invoice. It is no longer limited to the first invoice. It now appears on every invoice you pay.
Only paid stores count. The discount is based on your paid stores alone. Free stores are not counted.
It applies to DZD payments too. The discount now also applies to payments in Algerian dinars through Chargily and SlickPay.
See your discount on the Billing page. Your Billing page shows which discount you get.
For existing subscribers. You get the discount from your next renewal.
Discounts are never combined. When another promotion applies, you get whichever discount is larger. Referral vouchers still apply as a credit on top.
The free trial is now 30 days. The first store in your account gets 30 days of Pro features instead of 14. Trials already running are not shortened or extended and end on their original date. The new length applies to accounts whose trial starts after this update.
Clearer free trial notice. The free trial notice on your Billing page now says Zimam Manager is not part of the free trial.
Account emails in your language. Verification, password reset, email-change and team-invitation emails now arrive in your dashboard language (Arabic, English or French), with a translated subject and a plain-text version.
Emails that warn you in time. These go to the account owner's address, in your dashboard language, even if you do not open the dashboard. Each one is sent once, and dates are in your store's country time:
Three days before your free trial ends, with a link to choose a plan.
When your free trial ends, explaining that your store is now on pay-as-you-go.
When your store stops taking orders because your account is no longer funded, with a link to top up, change your plan or renew your subscription.
Three days before a subscription paid in dinars ends, because a subscription paid through Chargily or SlickPay does not renew by itself.
Three days before a Zimam Manager period paid in dinars ends, unless your store's plan includes it.
When your balance falls below 100, with a link to top it up.
Wilayas your delivery company does not serve become "Not served". When you import delivery prices from a delivery company, a wilaya the company does not serve is now set to "Not served" automatically instead of showing a price of 0. A 0 is only written when the company itself publishes one. Wilayas you already priced, made free or marked as not served yourself are left as they are. See Delivery setup.
WhatsApp order confirmation is available on every plan. You can turn the app on from Apps even on the PAYG plan, with no upgrade needed. The cost of each message sent is unchanged and is charged to your credit balance. Using your own WhatsApp number and order status update notifications stay on the Enterprise plan. See WhatsApp order confirmation.
See your page as customers will. The landing page builder now shows the very page that will be published. Drag sections to reorder them, and click any text to edit it in place.
Short descriptions show what you wrote. Stray codes such as & no longer appear in a product's short description on your store or landing pages.
Signed out everywhere when you change your password. Changing or resetting your password now signs you out on every other device, including devices where you chose "Remember me".
A "What's new" page. Find it in the Support menu of your dashboard. A dot appears next to it when we add an update you have not read yet.
Notices from the Zimam team. When something affects you, such as planned maintenance or an outage at a delivery company, a short notice appears at the top of your dashboard. You can close it, and it comes back only if its text changes.
Older delivery prices still apply. Delivery prices you saved before the last update to the wilaya list are now applied correctly at checkout.
Desk delivery prices. In delivery prices, leaving a desk (stop-desk) price empty means desk delivery is not offered in that wilaya, while 0 means free desk delivery. Customers cannot choose desk delivery where it is not offered, and the same rule applies to orders you create by hand.
Editing an order keeps its delivery fee. If you edit an order without changing its wilaya, commune or delivery type, it keeps the delivery fee it already had.
"Keep me signed in" works as it should. If you choose it when you sign in, you stay signed in through a short internet drop or a service update, and you are no longer asked to sign in again for no reason.
Stronger account protection. When you change or reset your password, every session open on another device ends at once. When you disable a team member or change their role, the change applies to them right away.
Orders WhatsApp never reached. If WhatsApp order confirmation is on, you can now filter the pending orders whose confirmation message was not sent, so you can confirm them by phone. They carry a Not sent on WhatsApp badge, and your call center agents see them too. See WhatsApp order confirmation.
The carrier connection form speaks your language. It follows your dashboard language, and warns you when a connected carrier is missing a required setting.
Origin wilaya for Yalidine. The Yalidine connection form now asks for the wilaya you ship from.
New logos for RJ360, Zimou Express, MDM Express and Al Mayar.
The landing page builder follows the page's language. Fields, default texts, wilaya names, the currency, the text of new sections and anything the AI rewrites appear in the language of the page you are editing, not the dashboard's.
