Zimam Manager is open to everyone until November 15, 2026. Open it with your current account from the sidebar, with no subscription or special plan.
It ends on that date. After November 15, access stops for anyone who has not subscribed and whose store plan does not include it. Your data is kept, and if you subscribe later everything is back as you left it.
Nothing changes if you already pay. If you subscribed to Zimam Manager or your store plan includes it, you keep your full period.
Buyers pay straight into your account. Under Settings, Apps, Online payments, connect your own Chargily or SlickPay keys. The buyer pays your gateway account on the gateway's page, and the money never passes through Zimam. Available on Growth, Pro and Enterprise.
A choice at checkout. Buyers pick online payment or cash on delivery on the product page, the landing page and the cart. Online payment is not offered for carts under 100 DZD.
Online-payment-only products. Turn on "Online payment only" for a product and it can only be bought with online payment. The option needs a plan that includes online payments and an enabled payment gateway, otherwise buyers cannot order the product.
Confirmed after the payment is verified. The order confirms itself once Zimam has checked the payment with the gateway. If the amount does not match you get a notification and the order waits for your review. If the payment fails, no order is placed: it shows in your abandoned orders and the buyer can still choose cash on delivery.
Payment badge and filter. The orders list shows a "Paid online" or "Refunded" badge where it applies, and you can filter by payment status, including "Cash on delivery".
"Paid online" figure. The overview shows how many orders were paid online and their total for the selected period.
A paid order's money is locked. You cannot edit prices, quantities or delivery fees after payment. You can still edit the address, phone and notes, and change a size or color without changing the price.
Recording a refund. After you refund the buyer in the gateway's dashboard, press "Mark refunded" on the order and add a note only you can see. If the order's parcel is already with the delivery company, Zimam warns you that the amount to collect there may differ, so adjust it with them. If a refunded order still ships, the courier collects its full amount.
Delivery. The courier collects only what is left to pay. For now only Yalidine, Ecom Delivery and Osen take a fully paid parcel, and you see a message when you try to assign one to another carrier. More carriers may be added later. A parcel with an unpaid remainder ships with any carrier.
Test mode. A payment made while the gateway is in test mode moves no real money, so the order is placed as cash on delivery and you get a notification saying so.
Changing keys. While a payment is pending from the last 24 hours, you cannot change or delete the keys until it ends. You can disable the gateway at any time.
The parcel scanner is now an app. Open Apps, then Parcel Scanner, to turn it on or off for this store. It stays on, as before, in every store that has it.
Turning it off hides the scanner everywhere. Scan leaves the menu, the Scan button leaves the Orders page, and the products list stops showing units on the shelf and with the carrier.
Putting returns back in stock is not affected. The "To recuperate" filter and "Mark recuperated" stay on the Orders page whether the scanner is on or off, so returned stock can always come back.
Add it from its card on Starter or pay-as-you-go. The card reads "Unlock with credits" and adds it to this store for 500 credits a month, as before. Growth and above include it at no charge.
Silent block for a customer. When you block a customer's device or phone number, you can choose a silent block: the customer sees a normal success message and no order is created. Blocking an IP address always stays visible.
Attempt count. The blocked customers list shows a "Silent" badge, how many attempts were turned away and the last one, so you can spot a real customer you blocked by mistake.
Unavailable options show as sold out. If no sellable variant combines a value with the buyer's earlier picks, the value shows as sold out and cannot be selected. A value is checked against the options listed before it in the product's option order. This applies to the main picker and to each piece.
A note when picks conflict. If the buyer changes an earlier option and it conflicts with a later pick, we clear the later pick and show a short note, such as "Size 42 isn't available in Pastel, please choose another."
A card for each piece. With a quantity of 2 or more, each piece gets a card with an image that follows the piece's variant, a dropdown for each option, and the piece price. A summary below merges identical pieces, such as "Red · 42 ×2". Cards the buyer has not edited follow piece 1.
Quantity offers open the cards. Tapping a 2-unit or 3-unit offer on a product with variants opens the cards so the buyer can choose each piece. While an offer is selected, the cards hide the piece price, because the offer total is the price.
Pictures instead of text on option buttons. In the product's variant editor, choose the Image display mode for any option group, then upload a small square picture for each value. Buyers see the picture as the button, and a value without a picture shows its label. If the picture fails to load, the button shows the label. The other display modes (Label, Swatch and Label + swatch) are unchanged. If you save the product while a picture is still uploading, we ask you to wait. Details in Creating products.
