Delivery Company Setup
Once a delivery company is connected, Zimam sends it every confirmed order automatically, and customers see the delivery prices you set for each wilaya when they order.

Where delivery settings live
In the sidebar, Delivery opens these pages:
- Delivery Companies: connect and manage delivery companies.
- Handover Manifest: customize the sheet you hand the driver with the parcels. See Parcel Labels and Handover Manifest.
- Parcel Document: shown only if your plan includes it. See Parcel Labels and Handover Manifest.
- Delivery Settings: turn delivery on and create delivery options and their prices.
Which delivery companies you can connect
The Delivery Companies page lists only the companies that serve your store's country:
- Algeria: more than 90 companies, including Yalidine, ZR Express, NOEST Express, Maystro Delivery, Zimou Express, E-COM Delivery, OSEN Express, Elogistia, DHD, Anderson Delivery, Guepex and Yalitec, plus many companies that run on the Ecotrack platform.
- Libya: MDM Express and Mayar.
Use Search delivery companies to find yours quickly.
Connect a delivery company
- Open Delivery, then Delivery Companies.
- Find your company under Available Companies and click Integrate.
- Enter the credentials the delivery company gave you. The fields depend on the company, for example Secret Key and Tenant ID for ZR Express, API Key and API Secret for Yalidine, and API Token for most others.
- Click Save Integration.
When you save, Zimam checks your credentials with the delivery company itself:
- If the company rejects them, you see The carrier rejected these credentials: followed by the reason, and nothing is saved. Correct the credentials and try again.
- If the company cannot be reached right now, the credentials are saved with a warning that they could not be verified.
The company then moves to Integrated Companies. To change the credentials, click Manage. To disconnect, click Delete Integration.
If you connect Yalidine, its page has a Real-time updates (webhook) card for receiving parcel updates as they happen. See How Order Status Syncs With Your Delivery Company.
When an order is sent to the delivery company
When an order becomes Confirmed and has a delivery company, Zimam sends it to that company automatically and the parcel is created there. You pick the company per order in Orders, or Zimam picks it for you from your rules. See Delivery Auto-Assign.
If the delivery company refuses the parcel, the order shows it so you can correct the order and send it again.
Create delivery options
A delivery option is what the customer sees at checkout: the type of delivery and its price.
Video narrated in Arabic.
- Open Delivery, then Delivery Settings.
- Turn on Enable Delivery. Delivery options appear only while it is on.
- Click Add New Option.
- Enter an Option Name, and leave Active on so your store uses it at checkout.
- Under Where do you deliver?, choose Home, Desk or Both.
- Under Pricing Model, choose:
- Free: no delivery charge.
- Flat Rate: one price for every area, with a Home Delivery Price and a Desk/Office Price.
- Variable: a price per wilaya (see the next section).
- Click Save Option.
The first option you create becomes the Default Delivery Option automatically. To make another option the default, click the star next to it (Set as Default).
Every product uses the default option unless you pick another one in the Delivery Option field on the product's edit page.
Prices per wilaya
With Variable pricing, you give each wilaya a Delivery policy:
- Paid: enter a home and/or desk price.
- Free: no delivery charge for this wilaya.
- Not served: your store refuses orders to this wilaya and asks the customer to choose another address.
To change several wilayas at once, select them, then click Set Home Prices, Set Desk Prices, Set free or Set not served. Select All selects every wilaya.
You cannot save the option until every wilaya has a policy, because a wilaya with no price would ship free. The Undecided filter shows the ones left.
Fill prices from a carrier's tariff
If one of your connected companies publishes its tariff, a Fill from carrier button appears on the Wilaya Rates table. These companies include ZR Express, Yalidine and the companies on its platform (Yalitec, Guepex, Economiqua, Easy & Speed, We Can), NOEST Express, OSEN Express, Zimou Express, E-COM Delivery, and the companies on the Ecotrack platform.
- Click Fill from carrier.
- Choose the Carrier.
- Set your margin with Markup % and/or Flat addition, and pick a Round to nearest value if you want one.
- Check the Preview: Carrier cost against Your price.
- Click Fill, then Save Option to keep the prices.
Fill writes only Paid and undecided wilayas. It never changes a wilaya you set to Free or Not served. Wilayas the company does not price stay as they were, and Zimam lists them after the fill.
Desk delivery: which office
When the customer chooses desk delivery:
- With Yalidine and the companies on its platform, Zimou Express and E-COM Delivery, Zimam picks the office: the cheapest one in the customer's commune, otherwise the cheapest in the wilaya. If the company has no office in the wilaya, that company is not offered for the order, and auto-assignment skips it.
- With ZR Express, Zimam picks an office in the customer's commune, otherwise one in the wilaya.
- With NOEST Express, the parcel goes to the company's first office in the customer's wilaya.
- With Mayar, desk delivery orders cannot be sent.
- With the other companies, Zimam sends only the delivery type, and the company routes the parcel to its own office.
Waive the delivery fee on an order
- If the customer picks a product offer marked Free Delivery, the order's delivery fee is waived. See Upsell Offers.
- In the Edit order window, the Delivery fee waived checkbox shows whether the fee is waived. Clearing it recalculates the fee for the order's wilaya.
- The waiver stays when you edit any other field of the order. Only clearing this checkbox removes it.
- You cannot type a delivery fee on an order: Zimam computes it from the delivery option and the order's wilaya.
