Customers
The Customers page combines the orders of all your linked stores into one line per customer, identified by phone number. Use it to see who buys regularly and who returns orders often.
Search and filter
- Open Customers.
- Type part of a name or phone number in the Search by name or phone… box.
- To limit the list by the date of the last order, pick a date in Last order from and Last order to. The day you pick is included.
- Turn on Has returns to see only customers with at least one returned order.
You can combine these options. The page keeps its state when you refresh it, and you can copy its link to a colleague to show the same list.
Reading the table
The columns are Name, Phone, Orders, Delivered, Returned, Delivered value and Last order. Delivered value is the total of delivered orders, converted to the workspace currency, which is named in the column header.
Click the header of Orders, Delivered, Returned, Delivered value or Last order to sort the list, and click again to reverse it. The default is most recent order first. Each page shows 20 customers; move between pages with Previous and Next.
If ••• appears instead of Delivered value, an exchange rate for one of the currencies is not added yet. A message Some figures can't be converted yet appears at the top of the page: an owner or manager adds the rate right there, and other members click Add exchange rate to go to where it is added. While a rate is missing, the list cannot be sorted by this column.
Customer page
Click any row to open the customer's page. The top shows Phone, Orders, Delivered, Returned and Delivered value, and below it Order history lists every order from all your stores: Order, Status, Carrier, Wilaya, Date and Total. Click Back to return to the list.
