Sign in

Who can use it​

  • Your plan must include Zimam Manager. The plan cards on Plans list Zimam Manager among the features of the plans that include it. See Subscription and billing.
  • You need owner or admin rights on at least one Zimam store.

The plan is checked every time you sign in. If the workspace owner's plan stops including Zimam Manager, signing in is refused until the plan includes it again.

Sign in​

  1. Open https://manager.getzimam.com.
  2. Click Continue with Zimam, or sign in with the email and password of your Zimam seller account.
  3. If you used Continue with Zimam, the Zimam dashboard opens. Sign in if it asks you to, or click Continue to Zimam Manager if you are already signed in.

The first time you sign in, Zimam Manager creates a workspace named after you, with you as its Owner.

If sign-in stops with a message instead:

  • You're not on a workspace yet: your stores are already linked to someone else's workspace. Ask that person to invite you from Team & Roles.
  • No eligible store: you do not have owner or admin rights on any Zimam store.
  • Zimam Manager isn't included in your plan: upgrade your plan, then sign in again.
