Invite your team

  1. Open Team & Roles and click Invite member.
  2. Enter the person's email and choose a Role: Owner, Manager, Staff or Viewer.
  3. Set what they can see: Sees costs, Sees expenses & payroll and Sees supplier debt.

If the person has no Zimam account yet, they receive an email with a sign-up link and join the workspace automatically once they sign up. Pending invitations appear under Pending invitations, where you can revoke them. Only an owner can invite or remove members.

Email reports​

On Team & Roles, under Email reports, turn on Weekly email digest to get a weekly email with your last 7 days of orders, delivery performance and revenue. Members with full money visibility also see costs and profit. The setting is yours alone: each member chooses for themselves.
