Sales channels
Connected Platforms links your store to other e-commerce and order-management platforms. Orders placed on a connected shop arrive in Zimam as ordinary orders, and Zimam can send each order's status back to the platform. Orderdz works the other way: Zimam sends your orders to it.
Connected Platforms is included in the Growth, Pro and Enterprise plans. On other plans the page shows Locked with an Upgrade button; on Starter, the Google Sheets card stays available for order export. See Subscription and billing.

Connect a platform
- Open Connected Platforms in the dashboard sidebar.
- On the platform's card, click Connect.
- Follow the form for that platform:
- WooCommerce: enter Your store's web address (it must start with
https://), click Connect to WooCommerce, and approve the connection on your WooCommerce site. - YouCan or LightFunnels: click Connect with followed by the platform name, and approve the connection on that platform.
- Shopify: in your Shopify admin, create a custom app under Settings, Apps and sales channels, Develop apps. Enter the Shop domain (your
*.myshopify.comaddress, not a custom domain), the app's Admin API access token and its API secret key as the Webhook secret. - Storeep: create an access token with read access to orders under Settings, Access tokens in your Storeep dashboard, and paste it as the Access token.
- EasyOrders: paste your API key (EasyOrders dashboard, Public API, Create New API Key) and save. Follow the setup card to create a webhook in EasyOrders with the URL it shows, then paste the secret EasyOrders generates as the Webhook secret.
- Orderdz: paste your API token from your Orderdz dashboard under Settings, API.
- WooCommerce: enter Your store's web address (it must start with
- Click Save. Use Test connection at any time to check the credentials again.
The card then shows one of these statuses:
- Connected: the platform confirmed your credentials.
- Saved, not verified: Zimam could not reach the platform to check them. Nothing is wrong with what you entered; test the connection again later.
- Credentials refused: the platform refused them. Enter them again.
- Not connected: the platform receives none of your orders.
Orders from a connected platform
- Each order arrives in Orders with the status Pending, marked with the platform it came from.
- A product line is linked to your Zimam product when its SKU matches one of your products. Otherwise the line keeps the platform's product name.
- These orders do not count toward your plan's monthly order allowance, and Zimam Guard does not check them.
- They follow the rest of your setup: call center auto-assign and, if you use it, WhatsApp confirmation.
- For WooCommerce, Shopify, YouCan, LightFunnels and Google Sheets, Zimam sends status changes back to the platform.
- For platforms Zimam can fetch from, Zimam also checks for orders it missed about every 15 minutes.
EasyOrders and Google Sheets carry a May miss orders notice: they push each order once and offer no way to fetch a missed one. Compare their orders against Zimam regularly.
The channel page shows What has come in from this channel: orders waiting to become an order, orders that became one, and orders that never did.
Send orders to Orderdz
For Orderdz, you choose which orders Zimam sends under Which orders go to this channel:
- Open the connected Orderdz card with Manage.
- Send the product to Orderdz first with Send this product to the channel. The product needs a SKU.
- Under Send a product to this channel, choose the Product, then:
- What this channel does with the order: This channel takes over the order (Orderdz confirms and delivers it, and Zimam stops working it: no call center follow-up and no carrier assigned from Zimam), or Send a copy, and keep working the order here.
- When to send: Only orders the customer completed, Only carts the customer abandoned, or Completed orders and abandoned carts. Abandoned carts are sent with the shopper's name and phone number.
- Click Add rule. Use Pause and Turn on to stop and resume a rule.
A product with no rule is never sent. Products with variants cannot be sent to a channel yet.
Disconnect a platform
Open the platform with Manage and click Disconnect. Orders stop being sent to the platform, and orders already there stop updating until you reconnect. Your saved credentials are kept, encrypted and unused, so you can reconnect without entering them again.
