Trust Badges

Trust badges are four short lines, each with an icon, shown under the order button on the product page to reassure the buyer before ordering: payment, returns, guarantee, and delivery. You can turn each badge on or off and edit its title and description. Editing the settings is available from the Starter plan up.

All four badges are on by default, even before you open the settings. You cannot add a fifth badge or change a badge's icon.

If you keep a badge's default text, the store shows it in your storefront's language. If you write your own text, it shows exactly as you wrote it. The settings page shows the defaults in Arabic.

Edit the badges

1. Open Apps from the sidebar.
2. On the Trust Badges card, click Open App.
3. On the Trust Badges Settings page, use each badge's switch to turn it on (Active on product page) or off (Disabled).
4. For each badge that is on, edit the Title and Description.
5. Check the Live Preview. If every badge is off, it shows No badges enabled.
6. Click Save Settings. The message Settings saved successfully! appears.

Saving needs permission to manage store settings. Other members can see the page but cannot save.

Where the badges appear

• On the standard product page, under the order button.
• Not on a product page you published from the site builder, and not on landing pages; landing pages have their own trust badges component.
• To avoid a promise you do not keep, turn off any badge that does not apply to your store, such as returns if you do not accept them.
